How It Works
Renting from RentalToolService.com is straightforward. Browse our catalogue and filter by equipment type, availability, and price. Each listing shows current rental rates, availability, specifications, and photos of the actual unit or fleet class. Select your rental period — hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rates are available depending on the item — and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and support invoice billing for businesses with an approved account.
Once your booking is confirmed, our logistics team contacts you to arrange delivery or confirm a pickup time. For most metro areas, same-day and next-day delivery is available. Regional deliveries are scheduled within 48 hours. All equipment is delivered with a pre-start checklist completed by our service team. If a unit develops a fault during your rental period, call our support line and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Our Standards
Every item in our fleet goes through a documented service inspection before each rental. Inspection records are maintained digitally and are available on request. We follow manufacturer-recommended service intervals as a minimum standard and go beyond that for high-cycle items such as generators, compressors, and excavators. Equipment that fails to meet our service criteria is taken offline and repaired before being offered for rent again.
Our team includes qualified diesel mechanics, electrical trades, and certified rigging and lifting personnel. We take safety seriously — not just because it is required by law, but because our customers deserve equipment they can operate with confidence.
